The network pays for uptime, not excuses. Running 500 nodes across 10 regions by hand has turned into a part-time job no one on your team signed up for? We onboard, monitor and rebalance the fleet, and reconcile rewards every week. We work with Filecoin, Akash, io.net, Render, Gensyn.
Our stack is already built: onboarding agents for each network, gossip-aware monitoring (geo-spread, latency, packet loss), reward reconciliation against on-chain payouts, and fleet-rebalancing scripts tied to incentive thresholds. Each protocol gets its own runbook set: peer drop, missed challenge, low-reputation alert, payout discrepancy.
Our niche is the operator for operators in DePIN. The networks (Filecoin, Akash, io.net) ship tooling for a single-node setup, but a sub-operator running tens or hundreds of nodes is left without real managed operations. That's the gap we take on.
This is the DePIN subset, and the platform layer is identical across ICPs.
Concrete deliverables for DePIN operators, and each one ships end-to-end with a repo, IaC and runbooks.

A single pane of glass for 100+ nodes, where you can see per-node health, per-region latency, packet loss, uptime against the network threshold and on-chain reputation.
Weekly reconciliation of expected vs actual payouts, per-node breakdown, alert on >2% discrepancy, cost-per-reward dashboard.
Node moves across regions for incentive thresholds and storage demand: migration scripts, reputation-transfer control, automated cooldown.
Sealing pipeline, deal-acceptance automation, retrieval monitoring, win-rate benchmarks, sector-recovery playbook.
After handoff the pager lives with us, and we tune the coverage for a fleet of DePIN nodes:
Here's what we move without losing reputation or payouts.
Node moves between regions to hit incentive thresholds in 72h: reputation control, phased identity migration, cooldown per network rules.
Fleet moved off AWS / GCP onto bare metal at Latitude.sh / OpenMetal: typical 50% cost-per-node reduction, no reputation loss in the network.
Fleet diversified across 2-3 DePIN networks: breakeven calc, phased rollout, single dashboard for cross-network metrics.
Fleet 3x in 2 weeks for network demand growth: VM burst selection, onboarding automation, reputation-aware outbound ramp.
Filecoin sectors moved to new data centers with sealing recovery, no lost deals, no challenge penalties.
Controlled fleet wind-down after an incentive season: identity withdrawal, stake withdrawal, reputation preserved for the next season.
All anonymized: NDAs cover the names, but the numbers are real.
Three coverage levels. For fleets >100 nodes and incentive-threshold workloads we usually recommend Silver or higher.
| Tier | Response p95 (Sev-1) | Coverage | Incident report | Engineer hours / mo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 30 min | Business hours, 5×8 | Within 48h | 40 |
| Silver | 15 min | 24/7 on-call rotation | Within 24h | 80 |
| Gold | 5 min | 24/7 with dedicated engineer | Within 12h | 160+ |
We're a DevOps team that runs operations for DePIN operators, so stake, identity and payout wallets stay with you. We sell engineering hours and tooling (onboarding, monitoring, reward reconciliation, rebalancing) - not network access.
In production we run Filecoin, Akash, io.net, Render and Gensyn, and we're actively integrating Theta, DIMO, Helium and Glow. If your protocol isn't on the list, send it over and we'll scope the integration in 48h.
Yes, it's a standalone engagement with no node operations: we plug into on-chain payouts, parse reward distribution, reconcile against expected, and deliver a weekly CSV / Grafana dashboard. It's a good fit if your fleet is stable but financial visibility is lagging.
Identity always stays with you, since the sealed keys are generated in your environment (KMS / HSM) and we have no root access to the material. On regional migrations we maintain reputation continuity: where the protocol allows, we do a soft transfer; where it doesn't, we spin up a new identity while preserving the fleet.
Getting from VM ready to a live node takes <10 min per node, and a regional rollout of 100 nodes runs 5-7 days including per-region warm-up. If you're already running on leased VMs, we can parallelize 10-20 nodes at a time and close it out in 48-72h.
